Embers & Oak is a concept dining room for this xDev showcase: a 48-seat premium restaurant with an open charcoal kitchen, low-lit bar seating, and a quieter private room tucked behind the cellar.

The menu is written around smoke, acidity, and produce with enough detail for guests to choose confidently before they book. Service copy stays practical: seating times, dietary notice, arrival guidance, and event capacity are visible without digging.
